i guess i wasnt jock enough....or something like that to be considered for an online reality blogging competition,, or maybe i could call it a bout for binary blabbers , yeah that s it . and its at www.urbanhonking.com, so if you want to see some competitive blabbing that isnt me then you should go there and check it out , i think its going to be pretty cool and am actually a little sad i didnt make it into the prestigious final twelve, i was really ready to dominate those blabbers. you know i have jockular tendencies right?
i think it all started back in the late seventies when i played little league baseball in beautiful bloomington california . t-ball i guess is what you would have actually called it and our team was actually called "the stinkers" which should have been a sign of things to come because i usually stink at competitive ventures.....except for this one time when i lived in knoxville tennessee going to the university there. i was skateboarding profusely and got sponsered just in time to go to a contest in daytona beach florida. it was the middle of summer and hot as hell. my girlfriend at the time and i rented a ford taurus and invited my super good friend whose name will remain anonomous to join along. it was an eleven hour drive and we broke down out in the boonies of alabama which was only five hours into the trip. somehow the good graces beamed the light of fortune upon us and we were only stalled for an hour or so. to make a long story short, i some how survived the heat and bugs to go on and win the street contest for the title of the entire souhteast united states. man oh man victory sure was sweet that day. a victory that would not find itself following me into adult hood and eventually to todays let down news....its cool though i didnt have the time for it anyways ,,,,,and besides i dont want to be known as a champion blogger, its not why i do it...i do it because i have to or my web site would be all junky and stuff , and besides that why im really doing it is because of you guys, yeah that s right i blog for you, whoever you may be . i sacrifice my self for you. i am the martyr. and dont you forget it..............................................dont you ever forget it........love, r |
